Pre-Order Interest

Pre-order interest registrations are non-binding expressions of interest. No payment is taken at the pre-order stage. You will be contacted when the product is ready for confirmed ordering.

Quote Requests

Quote requests are non-binding. A quote is not a confirmed order. Production does not begin until a written order confirmation, artwork approval, and deposit (where applicable) are received.

Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Samples are produced to confirm product quality, materials, and specifications before bulk production.

Confirmed Production Orders

Once a production order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available. Changes to artwork, quantity, or specifications after production confirmation may incur additional costs.

Digital Products

Digital twin story cards, QR codes, and NFC tags are non-refundable once set up and delivered.

Food & Cultural Products

Food and cultural product boxes are subject to additional compliance requirements. Orders for food products are only confirmed after supplier confirmation, labeling review, and regulatory compliance sign-off.
