Rights & Approval

Product concepts shown on this site are pilot designs for discussion, sampling, pre-order, sponsorship, and approved production. No federation, club, team, tournament, player, event, sponsor, city, institutional, UN, Olympic, or SDG logo is used unless written authorization has been received. Final production artwork, branding placement, packaging, and commercial use are subject to approval.

Product Approval Statuses

• Rights-Safe Generic — product uses no protected marks and is cleared for concept discussion and sampling.
• Partner Logo Pending — a partner logo has been proposed but written approval has not yet been received.
• Federation Approval Pending — federation or sports body approval is being sought. Product cannot be produced with federation marks until confirmed.
• Sponsor Approval Pending — sponsor visibility has been proposed but written agreement is not yet in place.
• Approved for Production — all required approvals have been received and production can proceed.
• Do Not Sell Yet — this product is not cleared for sale. It is shown for discussion, sampling, or pre-order interest only.

What Requires Written Approval

• FIFA, World Cup, or tournament marks
• Official federation or national team crests
• Player names or likenesses
• Official kit designs or sportswear brand marks (e.g. Puma)
• Olympic, Youth Olympic, or IOC marks
• UN emblem or official SDG icons used commercially
• City, airline, hotel, sponsor, or institutional logos
• Any co-branding implying official partnership
